Launches its next phase of the Desert Oasis MPC, Sells the Sunrise Ranch Community to Landsea
Land Advisors Organization Represented Harvard Investments on the Parcel Sales to Meritage Homes, Richmond American Homes, and Landsea Homes
Scottsdale, Arizona (September, 2020) – Harvard Investments is pleased to announce the launch of its next phase at the Desert Oasis master planned community, and the sale of Sunrise Ranch to Landsea Homes. Both communities are located in Surprise, AZ.

The newly launched phase at Desert Oasis features 304 homesites in three distinct neighborhoods. Richmond American Homes acquired 205 homesites in two neighborhoods. Meritage Homes purchased 99 homesites in one neighborhood. The land development is underway with the start of model construction in late 2020. The remaining 528 homesites in Harvard’s final phase are anticipated to break ground in early 2021.
Best in class amenities are central to Harvard’s communities and drive its planning efforts. Desert Oasis currently has a community pool facility and series of great parks, and trails. The future phases of Desert Oasis build on this amenity set with new parks and trails that connect the many neighborhoods. Desert Oasis is located at the northwest corner of 171st Avenue & Jomax Road.
Sunrise Ranch is a 130-acre community with 476 finished homesites purchased by Landsea Homes. Sunrise Ranch is a residential community composed of multiple neighborhoods and a unifying central park amenity. The community is located at the northeast corner of 171st Avenue & Jomax Road.
