The Verde Trails PAD includes approximately 310 acres planned for approximately 738 residential homesites on a variety of lot sizes. The PAD expands to +/- 350 acres, adding 150± home sites with the addition of the neighboring Verde Trails II property. The community plan features a 6.5-acre commercial corner.
Parks and trails are the backbone and connective tissue of the community. Themed parks are interconnected through a network of trails, and are planned among the neighborhoods in close proximity to resident homes. The central park corridor begins with a 4.7-acre neighborhood park crossing Weir Road and continuing up to Broadway Road, totaling 9.5 acres. The parks and trails fit seamlessly with the intimate neighborhoods providing attractive streetscapes with open spaces and community connections. The multiuse trail connects Verde Trails to the larger city of Avondale trail network. This will allow Avondale residents the opportunity to walk, run, bike, and horseback ride through the area.
Neighborhoods will showcase nationally recognized homebuilders including Ashton Woods, Lennar, Richmond American, Heritage Homes and Pulte Homes.
Verde Trails is located in Avondale’s southern development area, earmarked for exceptional economic expansion within the Valley of the Sun.
