Christopher J. Cacheris

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Having been in this industry for a while, I’ve seen a few cycles. While nothing is entirely predictable, it’s good to have knowledge, experience, and maybe even a little wisdom, to help steer a straight course in changing winds.

About Christopher

Chris serves as Senior Vice President of Harvard Investments, responsible for the development of residential communities and commercial properties. Chris holds an Arizona Real Estate Broker license and an Arizona Commercial Mortgage Broker license and is the designated broker for Harvard Realty Services. Prior to joining Harvard in 1995, Chris worked in the real estate investment and development industry for more than a decade.

Chris is actively involved in the global advancement of the real estate industry; he is a member of the Urban Land Institute, serving as Membership Vice Chair for his Community Development Council, is a member of the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council, and member of Lambda Alpha International, a global land economics society. Chris belongs to the Men’s Art Council of Phoenix Art Museum, serves his alma mater through the University of Arizona Foundation and as a member of The President’s Club. His wife Jan Warne Cacheris serves as a member of the Women’s Board for Barrow Neurological Institute and the Arizona Women’s Kidney Board, allowing Chris and Jan to actively support these organizations close to their hearts.

Chris enjoys family time with his three kids, daughter- and son-in-law and grandchildren. As an avid cyclist, look for Chris on the roads, sometimes in tandem with Jan, and usually at the break of day. Chris and Jan enjoy exploring the world by bike, discovering great food, wine, and making memories.
