Team Harvard Investments/Estrella showed up in full force at the West Valley Heart Walk in Goodyear, joining employees, family, and friends to support heart health.
- Together, our 32-member team raised $14,340, making us the top fundraising team among 70 participating companies for the second year in a row.
- Harvard Investments President Tim Brislin personally raised $12,448, once again earning the title of top fundraising walker while serving on the event’s Executive Leadership Team.
- These funds directly support heart disease research, reflecting our ongoing commitment to building healthier communities.
The Heart Walk was a celebration of teamwork, compassion, and the power of coming together for a cause that touches so many lives.
And we’re just getting started. On Saturday, May 9, 2026, Estrella will proudly host the inaugural American Heart Association CycleNation Arizona.
This one-of-a-kind stationary cycling experience will raise funds and awareness for heart health while bringing our community together in a powerful way.
We’re thrilled that Jeff Zimmerman, Vice President of Development for Estrella Development Company, will serve as Chair of this exciting event.
CycleNation Arizona will be another opportunity to unite around a shared mission: advancing heart health and strengthening the bonds that make our community thrive.
Our commitment to giving back extends beyond heart health. Harvard Investments joined Valley Partnership’s 2025 Community Project in support of ACCEL, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Since its founding in 1980, ACCEL has been a pioneer in delivering specialized educational, behavioral, therapeutic, and vocational programs that foster dignity, independence, and lifelong success. Team Harvard rolled up its sleeves to help refresh one of ACCEL’s classrooms, adding a fresh coat of paint and a renewed sense of pride and purpose.
