HARVARD INVESTMENTS ANNOUNCES PROMOTION OF ROGER THEIS TO VP OF HARVARD COMMUNITIES

Harvard Investments is pleased to announce the promotion of Roger Theis to Vice President of Harvard Communities, a leadership role that reflects both his proven contributions to the organization and the company’s continued growth across its residential development portfolio.

In his new position, Theis will oversee all master-planned community and land development initiatives within Harvard Communities, guiding strategy, execution, and future expansion efforts. As Harvard Investments continues to grow across Arizona, New Mexico, and other strategic markets, his leadership will help ensure a unified vision across the company’s expanding portfolio.

“We believe that with Roger’s knowledge and passion, he will be an important part of the unifying vision we have for our portfolio of planned communities and land acquisitions,” said Tim Brislin, President of Harvard Investments. “As our portfolio continues to expand, this role helps assure we have a united vision for our growth and continue to create thoughtfully planned communities.”

Harvard Communities serves as the company’s platform for master-planned communities and investment land acquisitions. The division includes several notable developments, including Estrella and Solstice Foothills in Goodyear, Arizona; Legends in Casa Grande, Arizona; and Mariposa in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

The promotion comes at an exciting time for Harvard Investments, which operates through two primary platforms: Harvard Communities and Harvard FirstStreet. Together, these business units support a growing pipeline of master-planned communities, build-to-rent neighborhoods, and emerging industrial opportunities, all anchored by the company’s commitment to disciplined growth, thoughtful placemaking, and long-term value creation.

As Vice President of Harvard Communities, Theis will play a key role in advancing the company’s development strategy and aligning teams around a shared vision for future growth.

“This is an exciting moment for Harvard,” Brislin added. “Roger, as the leader of our Communities division, is a key component to aligning our team for long-term growth and success.”

With an expanding portfolio and a focus on creating communities that enrich the lives of residents, Harvard Investments continues to build on its legacy of strategic development and responsible growth, positioning itself for continued success in the years ahead.
