About Robert
Robert is Vice President at Harvard Investments. He joined Harvard Investments in August 2022 to lead Harvard Investment’s multifamily and Build-to-Rent single family rental development platform. Robert leads the multifamily project management team in overseeing land acquisition, real estate development programming, entitlements, building design, funding, construction and property management leasing.
Prior to joining Harvard Investments, Robert was with Hines where he was responsible for development of high-rise and suburban multifamily communities in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Prior to his position with Hines, he spent over 20 years in the real estate development business with some of the most highly respected companies in the industry. Robert held senior management positions with Lennar Multifamily Communities in Washington DC and Phoenix, Jefferson Apartment Group in Southeast Florida, Summit Properties (REIT) in Atlanta and Security Capital Group in Boston, Washington DC and Chicago.
In his spare time, Robert enjoys boating on the Arizona lakes, hiking and camping with his kids, building furniture in his woodworking shop, and spending quality time with his wife and college sweetheart Kim.
