Great for Goodyear: Harvard CEO Craig Krumwiede and his brother David are driving growth in West Valley

Brothers Craig and David Krumwiede have successfully pursued careers in commercial real estate in the Valley. Craig is CEO of Havard Investments and David is Senior Executive Vice President of Lincoln Property Co.

The two companies are driving the growth of the City of Goodyear in the West Valley. Harvard Investments is the developer of Estrella, a 20,000-acre mixed-use master-planned community that is home to more than 8,000 families.

Together, they plan to develop more than $3 billion in commercial and residential projects including Goodyear AirPark, a 7-million-square-foot industrial development on 565 acres adjacent to Phoenix-Goodyear Airport.
