West Wind North LLLP, a limited partnership formed by Harvard Investments Inc. purchased 392 acres of bank owned property in 2010. Planned for 1,300 units, the property was sold in 2014 to companies formed by Jeff Garrett of Garrett Development and the Kemper & Ethel Marley Foundation. The entity has assembled 1,500+ acres targeted for a residential community with approximately 4,500 homes.
