The Parks is a 223-acre community, master planned for 890 homes in SanTan, Arizona. Purchased in 2009, it was sold in two phases. Phase One, 463 lots, was sold in December 2015 to Meritage Homes, Lennar and KB Home. Phase 2, with 427 lots, was sold in 2017 to Lennar, David Weekly Homes and Ashton Woods Homes.

The Parks is located within the desirable SanTan corridor near hospitals, high-ranking public, private, and charter schools, as well as convenient transportation corridors. With multiple parks found throughout the community, and well-priced homes built by renowned builders, The Parks was considered one of the most successful selling communities in the Valley of the Sun.
