Springtree includes 198 single-family residential lots in Gilbert with a large amount of open space and landscaping. For residents’ enjoyment, Harvard thoughtfully integrated trails, parks and open spaces throughout the development. Harvard also managed construction of the off-site infrastructure, including a regional waste-water system.
