Purchased in May 2007, this property of approximately 100 acres and 351 finished homesites were sold to Meritage Homes in two phases. Quail Run includes parks and walking paths. Meritage Homes acquired the first 180 finished lots in 2018. In 2019, Meritage purchased the final 171 finished lots.
