Legends is located within the fast-growing municipality of Casa Grande, Arizona. It comprises 836 acres and is owned by Harvard Investments and the Wolff Company. The joint venture originally acquired the Legends master planned community of approximately 6,811 acres, selling 5,975 acres to Ivanhoe Electric for the development of a copper mining operation. The remaining 836 aces will be developed over time, based on market conditions and best use of land.
