Planned to be environmentally sensitive and energy efficient, homes will include the Energy Star™️ rating. Elux at Norterra offers one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans with detached garages. A limited number of carriage units above the garages have private access and include sound proofing. The pet friendly community includes a dog park and washing station. Additionally, a luxury resort style pool, fitness center, and clubhouse are featured amenities. The project is primarily single level living and no resident will have any other resident above or below their home. Only the three-bedroom homes will be two story.
The community is designed to serve the pent-up demand in the Norterra submarket with a one-of-a-kind resident experience. Elux at Norterra is strategically located in a booming employment corridor with proximity to several major employers. Based on US Census data, there is a ratio of jobs to housing in this area of 0.2, compared to the Maricopa County average of 1.2, suggesting a significant lack of supply.
