FINANCE MANAGER TYLER NASH SELECTED TO VALLEY PARTNERSHIP’S CLASS OF 2025 ADVOCATES

First Nathan, now Tyler.

We’re proud to announce that Finance Manager Tyler Nash was selected for the Valley Partnership Class of 2025 ADVOCATES. Nathan Shooks, Senior Development Associate with Harvard FirstStreet Development, just wrapped up his stint as a member of the Class of 2024.

Tyler joins 31 other real estate, government affairs, financial, legal, and development professionals ages 35 and under who were selected by Valley Partnership, the premier advocacy group for responsible development in the Valley.

“I’m excited to meet and get to know all of my peers in the 2025 class and learn more about the development of the Valley,” Tyler said.

The ADVOCATES program was started in 2013 as a way to mentor the future leaders of the industry. Participation in the program includes monthly, in-depth learning sessions that focus on various topics including industrial, retail, and mixed-use high-rise infill development covering the gamut of acquisition, capitalization, development, design, construction and disposition.

Nathan said the program was great, adding that it was a very productive group.

“The networking and various opportunities to learn about the development of the Valley highlighted my experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone in the office. Long lasting relationships with some of the folks in the program would be the biggest gain for me personally,” Nathan said.

Valley Partnership President and CEO Clark Princell welcomed the 2025 class.

“Our selection committee was impressed by the number and quality of applicants this year. One of our top priorities is to build the industry leaders of tomorrow and this program is a great opportunity to learn from some of the best leaders in Arizona. We look forward to supporting these young leaders as they continue to progress in their careers.”

Congratulations, Tyler.
