Harvard Investment continues development on Mariposa with the first 50 acres of the 400 acre addition, named Monarch. Located in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, Monarch at Mariposa will be home to Seasons at Monarch, a 174 home neighborhood by Richmond American Homes. Price Land Development Company is responsible for keeping construction on time and on track. Current plans call for pre-selling in February 2023, with models and Longing Park completed by April 2023.
