Bella Vista Farms is a community located in Pinal County, Arizona, near the town of Florence. The community consists of 1,309 acres and 3,718 residential lots and is conveniently located adjacent to the Florence Unified High School. Central Arizona College is located on the property. Bella Vista Farms was sold to El Dorado Holdings in 2016, with plans for two K-8 schools, two large community parks, miles of walking paths and plenty of open space.

Harvard acquired Bella Vista Farms as a distressed asset in 2011. Shortly after closing, Harvard organized the resale of 200 acres to Central Arizona College for the school’s San Tan Valley campus.
