Located on the Colorado River in Bastrop, Texas, just east of Austin, this 552 acre parcel is designed as a mixed use community that includes residential and retail uses. Housing choices range from cluster to large lots combine with parks and trails tied into extensive green space along the Colorado River. Colorado Bend will create a vital link between existing and proposed communities with a new bridge crossing and a significant contribution to the city’s parkland with 2.5 miles of river frontage.
